What are E-cigarettes ?
Electronic cigarettes -- or e-cigarettes for short -- provide an alternative to smoking that allows you to enjoy the sensation and flavour of smoking without the combustion of tobacco.
An e-cigarette uses a heating coil called an atomizer to heat flavoured liquid called e-liquid (or e-juice). The atomizer turns the e-liquid into vapour that resembles smoke.
The term "vaping" describes the act of using an e-cigarette. The term came about as a means of differentiating e-cigarette use from smoking.
What are the benefits of
E-cigarettes ?
Unlike traditional nicotine replacement therapies, using an e-cigarette feels remarkably like smoking.
Vaping mimics the hand-to-mouth ritual of smoking, and inhaling the vapour feels much like inhaling smoke.
Using an e-cigarette allows you to avoid consuming many of the harmful compounds in cigarette smoke such as tar and carbon monoxide. E-cigarette vapour leaves no lingering odor and does not carry the same social stigma as smoking.
Are E-cigarettes safe ?
Opinions about the safety of e-cigarettes vary within the scientific community. In the United States, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention says that e-cigarettes have the potential to benefit adult smokers if used as a complete substitute for regular cigarettes.
Overall, most health professionals seem to agree that switching from smoking to vaping can potentially reduce the harm caused by smoking. Research into the long-term safety of e-cigarettes is still ongoing.
Are E-cigarettes for everyone ?
E-cigarettes are not for everyone. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a health condition that makes nicotine unsafe for you to use, you should not use e-cigarettes. If you are not already a smoker, you should not use e-cigarettes. E-cigarettes are for you if you are a smoker and are unable or do not want to quit. Ask your doctor if you aren't sure whether switching to e-cigarettes is the right decision for you.
Can E-cigarettes help me reduce my nicotine intake ?
Absolutely. Vaponaire e-liquids are available in nicotine strengths in three levels { 0.6% (6mg/ml) ,(0.3mg/m) and (0mg/ml) }. E-cigarettes make it easy to reduce your nicotine intake by changing the strength of your e-liquid.
Can I use E-cigarettes anywhere ?
Check with your local government to see if there are any laws applying specifically to e-cigarettes. Many regulatory bodies have ruled that people cannot vape in areas in which they cannot smoke.
When you do vape in public, be considerate of those around you. Some people may prefer not to inhale secondhand vapour.
What is E-liquid (or E-juice) ?
E-liquid contains propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, flavours and optionally nicotine. Manufacturers create e-liquids using food-grade flavourings. We manufacture our e-liquids in sterile laboratories in the United Kingdom and EU.
Does all E-liquid contain nicotine ?
No. If you prefer to experience the sensation of smoking without consuming nicotine, you can buy nicotine-free e-liquid. With e-cigarettes, you have full control over the amount of nicotine that you want to consume.
What are PG and VG ?
Propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are the two base liquids that make up the bulk of e-liquid's content. PG and VG are excellent emulsifiers, so they are common food ingredients. Of the two, PG is a slightly better carrier of flavours. VG is slightly thicker, so it contributes to a fuller mouth feel and larger vapour clouds. Most people prefer e-liquids containing both VG and PG. E-liquids with a wide variety of different VG/PG ratios are available.
What is throat hit ?
Throat hit is the sensation that you feel in your throat when you inhale cigarette smoke. If you use e-liquid containing nicotine, you'll feel a similar sensation when you use an e-cigarette. Some people need to feel the sensation of throat hit to derive full satisfaction from the vaping experience.
How do I know how much nicotine I need ?
At Vaponaire, we carry 3 types of nicotine strengths, 0mg/ml, 3mg/ml and 6mg/ml.
3mg/ml contains 0.3% nicotine in liquid. 6mg/ml contains 0.6% nicotine in liquid, and 0mg/mｌ product does not contain nicotine (nicotine-free).
If you are a non-smoker, we suggest selecting 0mg/ml in the beginning.
If you are already a smoker, please try first with 3mg/ml. A relatively light throat hit can be felt with 3mg/ml.
A medium throat hit can be felt with 6mg/ml.
These sensations that you feel may vary greatly depending on individual differences and your hardware in use.
In general, when you use hardware with high output, the throat hit is strong, and the smaller the output, the weaker the throat hit.
What is switching from tobacco cigarettes to E-cigarettes like ?
Some people find it easy to fully discontinue tobacco use upon receiving their first e-cigarettes. Others replace tobacco products with vapour products gradually. Although e-cigarettes may contain nicotine, they lack many of the thousands of other chemicals in tobacco smoke. When you discontinue your intake of those chemicals, it may take your body a few days to adjust. Although many e-liquids simulate tobacco flavours, they do not taste exactly like cigarette smoke because they contain no cigarette smoke. With e-cigarettes, though, you can experience a variety of flavours that tobacco could never match. Most people ultimately conclude that e-cigarettes taste far better than tobacco cigarettes.
Is E-liquid with nicotine dangerous ?
Nicotine is a toxic chemical that is dangerous if swallowed. Keep nicotine e-liquid away from children and pets. If someone in your household ingests nicotine e-liquid, call a poison centre immediately. Wash your hands after touching nicotine e-liquid.
Cannot open the cap
Child-lock function is used. Press the cap downwards and twist counter-clockwise to open.
I'd like to try a different taste. What should I do, then?
When using the same coil, the taste mixes only at the beginning, but it will change to the new taste while sucking for a while. Switching from sweets to menthol gives a sense of incongruity for a while. If you are still concerned, we recommend exchanging the coil.
The colour of the liquid has changed. Is it Okay?
When liquid comes into contact with air and left for many hours, the colour may change. But there is no change in taste, please enjoy at ease.
When the liquid is changed to a different taste, won't the previous taste remain?
Since the liquid soaks in the cotton inside the coil, even if liquid is changed, the taste of the previous liquid may remain somewhat. If you continue to use, it will switch gradually. If it still remains, try replacing the coil.
When is the liquid's expiration date?
Please refer to the expiration date printed on the packing box and/or the bottle label.

We make no claim that electronic cigarettes will help you quit smoking, and they are not recognized as a nicotine replacement therapy . As with most of the nicotine replacement products that are on the market, e-cigarettes may help you quit smoking but they do require a combination of willpower and correct usage.
Can I use in the train?
Use in some public institutions is prohibited. When using in a restaurant etc., please do so upon confirming with the store. We recommend using it in a smoking place because it will be sometimes misunderstood as a cigarette.
Can I bring it to overseas?
Since some countries prohibit bringing e-cigarettes in, it is advisable that you check in advance before you leave.
